2. Drain & inspect the tank
We drain the reservoir, open it up and assess the level of scale build-up so you know the true condition of your unit.
3. Descale & fit a genuine HiTAC® filter
We descale the internals, fit a new genuine HiTAC® filter and replace the gaskets and fibre washers with the correct service parts.
4. Reassemble, flush & test
We reseal the tank, flush through any loose carbon, power back up and test flow and temperature before we leave.
